She designs for creative collisions.
Christina is a Location Lead for IDEO Cambridge. In her two decade tenure at IDEO, Christina has forged partnerships with creative leaders and city officials, local schools and cutting-edge artists, small businesses and mission-driven nonprofits, all to build memorable and impactful experiences and environments that connect IDEO’s work to its community and beyond. She has spearheaded the construction, design and renovation of IDEO Cambridge’s award-winning 20,000 square-foot building in Central Square, led IDEO’s efforts to diversify its vendor base by sourcing from BIPOC-owned businesses, and chairs the Central Square Business Improvement District, working to create spaces and opportunities for local residents, artists and entrepreneurs to thrive.
One of the founders of IDEO’s experience team, Christina works with other IDEO leaders to sustain and improve IDEO’s culture and community so that the iconic design studio continues to be a place where people feel empowered to do the best design work of their lives. She believes in creative collisions, connecting people in new and exciting ways, and constructing scalable systems that are equitable, rewarding, and kind.
Christina is always thinking about how our workspaces and environments can evolve to meet the needs of current and future generations. She helps lead discussions on the future of work, and is actively involved in experimenting with hybrid work models and the role physical locations can play in facilitating the most innovative and joyful work cultures.
